Hi guys
My friend got 10 years B1/B2 visa of usa he came to visit us first time in usa he got 6 month stay till sep 2005 , he spent just 2 days in usa then he gone back to canada and the airlines took his I94 card back now , he wants to come back to us again for visit in may . do he need to fill i94 again ? the stamp on his passport says he can stay up to sept 2005.

Its not your firends choice of whether or not he want I94.
I94 has to be filled by every non us citizen entering into US so he will get a new I94 and the date given on that I94 will determine his leagl stay.
The Visa stamp is just a permit to enter into US, but the I94 is the documents which defines the lenght of stay.

But the stamp on the passport says he can stay up to sep 2005 i m not talking about visa i m talking about the stamp the one coustom officer put on the passport when anybody enter to the country, acc to that stam he can stay till sept.

As I said I94 is the one, which determines the leagl stay in the US.
I am not sure what stamp you are talking abt.
