Hi
My parents have an appointment on April 5th. I am filling the I-134 form . My husband is sponsoring for my parents trip. Last year my in laws visited US. In I-134 , Q.No : 9 , its asking that whether we submitted affidavit of support for anyone. Do i have to answer that question as None or i have to put my inlaws name in that column.
And also while filling the DS-156 form, when filling the full names do we have to write firstname, lastname or lastname, firstname(usually we do in India).
Please reply as soon as possible.
