TTS website- modify/cancel appointment page

Noticed that they ask us to type a phrase that's on the screen to modify or cancel an appointment,
Inspite of doing it right so many times, I get an error message saying that "Entered message doesn't match image"
What's the trick to getting it right ?

Please help.

The case should be same and see that there are no spaces,eventhough you see spaces in the image
