New Visa Fees ?

Hi,
I took an appointment for my parents in early Feb (interview is in April). The visa fees stated on the appointment receipt is -
Application Fee - Rs 4600, Issuance Fee - Rs 2300 - per passport.

But as per the US consulate website, the fees is -
Application Processing Fee: Rs.4,400.00
Issuance fees: Rs.2,200/-

Can I assume that the one posted on the consulate website is the latest one and go as per that ? Also, should I keep checking back later to make sure it hasn't been changed again, before the interview ?

Yes, the one posted on the consulate website is correct.
Also must communicate with the Service provider to clarify the different and old fees shown on the appointment letter.

My parents confirmed the fees at the TTS service counter. The new visa fees are - Rs 4400 and Rs 2200 for application and issuance respectively. However, the TTS Service charge remains the same at Rs. 441.
