Vistor visa for my mother in law

Hi,
I am planing to call my mother in law for my wife delivery on Agust 1 week.
I am working in USA last one yr and i am on L2 visa.
Please help me out on following topics .

1.What is the process?
2.Howmany months it will take to get the appointment?
3.what are all the documents required from my mother side?.

If anybody can explain the whole process or any website it will helpfull for us.

1) The process is to first get an appointment with TT services, interview and inspection at POE.

Hi,

Please make sure ur mother in law does not mention she is coming for her daughter's delivery other wise the visa would get rejected on the spot. Tell her to say she is coming for tourism.
