can i sponsor my parents ,my visa expired

hi friends,
my visa is expired 2 months back but my I - : 94 is still valid.can i get my parents now?or do i need to renew my visa before that? :(

I 94 expiration date is totally different from visa expiration date, as long as you are within the I 94 date you can sponsor them, alao give us your visa details, if you are on a visitors visa then sponsoring someone is hard.
