Friends--Want your help to explain properties using correct grammer

Hi Friends,

My parents visiting visa appointment is on march 22nd.
My parents and myself are poor in english to write the details of their properties in affidavits.
My parents are farmers, they have 10 acres agriculture land on my father's name. they have 5 lakhs bank balance.my mother is a house wife.

Please give me an advice for writing the above mentioned properties in a correct grammer format.

I saw that file provided in this site.i want to know , how to write affidavit of assurance in proper words.

Is the follwing way is correct :

We have 10 acres of agricultural land, worth 20 lakhs.We will come back to our home country to take care of our land and do farming/cultivation.
we have X acres of lime tree garden, worth rs XXX .We have bank balance of rs XXXXXXX.We will come back to take care of our properties in india.

is the word agricultural land is correct or not?
