Visitor Visa for Brother & Parents.

Hi,

I'm planning to invite my brother ( 26yrs old) and my parents together to visit us here in the US.

Does any of you know if

1. I need to file a separate I 134 for my brother because he is not a minor?

2. Can I include him in the same visa appointment along with my parents even if he has a different I134?

3. Seriously though :-).... what do you think are the chances of a guy his age getting a visitor visa. :D

1) You have to file the same affidavit for your parents and brother.

2) Not to get you worried but chances of him getting a visa depend on his status i.e his economic & social ties to India, what will force him to come back.

Provide his background information and we can further assist. i.e his income, job, income tax, financial and social background in India, has he travelled abroad before etc, etc
