Hello,
Have a couple of questions. Would be greatfull to have a reply for the same..

1) I got my H1 stamped in feb 2004. My travel got delayed due to my wedding in April 2004. Now I planning to travel in ealry june 2004. Will I have any problem at the port of entry due to my delay in arrival of four months? My employer is informed about this and my job is very much open.

2) Now that I am married and want to get a H4 for my wife. Can my wife apply for a H4 even before I travel to USA or is it safe to apply after I reach there. It would save me of sending all those required doucment and pay stubs etc if she applies for her H4 before I leave.

Would appreciate any sugessions.

Thanks in advance

You need to provide the paystubs and your IT Returns when your wife applies for the H4.

Since it is the first time, they need to have a personal interview and I believe that it is not difficult to get the H4 if she answers all the questions without any doubt.

Will I have a problem on the port of entry?

Also since I have not been there yet, why would they ask for the pay stubs in case she applies for a H4 even before I travel to USA?

Thanks very much
