Guys,
I went for stamping today @ chennai. The consulate officer asked few questions looking at my documents. He then gave me back all the documents except my two DS forms and passport, he then asked me to pay the fees.
now, my question is, i read in this forum that, they usualy take I797 and I129 forms along with the passport, and return it with the stamped passport by courier . Is it so ?? In my case, he only took my passport and DS forms. Will it be a problem ??
