visitor visa appointment query.........

when booking the appointment slots for visitor visa through tts services what is the procedure to get the appointment on the same date for parents as the details are filled in separately.is there is a chance of them being called on 2 separate dates.if yes,how to make them get on the same date.?reply would be appreciated.

thanx for the reply.it was v.useful.i was checking for the appointment slots.i see that the slots have been booked till april but,they are yet to open the booking for may.should i go ahead now or should i wait for the slots to open in may.reply would be appreciated.
