My parents got rejected twice at Mumbai Consulate.
First the reason was that there was some mistakes in the Forms.
In the second attempt they were rejected ..reason.. i am the only child.
Now we are trying for the third attempt.
In the previous two attempts both my parents had applied.
Now we are thinking to send them individually for the Interview.
First we will send my mother for the Interview.
Please help me with these questions ASAP..
1) What changes has to be made this time?
2) What should we do to convice them that my parents will return back to India?....We had tried affidavits...but they didnt even see it!!
3) As I am the only child...how can my mother convince them that she is not the potential immigrant?
4)Is it true that after the third attempt they can try only after two years?
5) In the year 2006 my father is getting retired and will get settled in Kerala...so then can they apply from the Madras Consulate?
