Invinting Parents & Niece together

I plan to invite my parents and niece together this summer. Do I have to fill 2 I-134's, one for my parents & the other for my niece, along with 2 sets of documents. OR will just one form and one set be enough for all three. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

One set of document and 2 separte I134 , because the I134 is for immidiate fmaily memebers. Hope you understand ...
