Revisit To USA With 10 Years Multiple Entry Visitor Visa

Hi,
My mum has 10 years Multiple entry visa. She just left 2 months ago finishing her 6 months stay (04-nov-2004). Can some body please tell me what should be the duration to bring her back next time. Some body says I can bring her Immediatlely and some body I have to wait atleast for 6 months.
Any help is greately appercated.

she can re enter USA any time.
Just want to remind again : the stay for each visit will be detemine by the I94 it may or may not be full 6months depedns on the officer at POE.
