Applying 3rd time under medical reason.

My In-laws visa was rejected twice in 2004 Nov as potential immigrant when we applied for tourism. We need them here desperately to take care of my wife and new born. We are thinking of applying for visa under "Moral support from parents needed". We want to do it ASAP.

Is there any emergency processing at Mumbai consulate?

What are the documents that I have to provide in general?

Can you specify any travel agents who can assist the procedure and documentation?

Travel agent may not be as helpful as the information provided here. You can prepare the documents etc your self for them.
