Multiple Jobs with Different H1B

Can we two different jobs with two different H1B simultaneous. For exapmle you are having

H1B with two companies A & B. Can you work with both companies same time and draw salaries

from both companies for same month simultaneously?? Is this legal. This question is bcaz I

am having two H1B am working wih company A and have a offer to work in a part time project

from company B. So can I work with both these companies in same month and they generate a

payroll for same month at same time.

Yes you can unless any of your employer has any objection or you have not signed any agreement to not to work for any other employer at the same time
Also the conditions defined in our LCA/I129 for H1 ffor both the company.
Company B who is ready to take you for part time can help you better exmplain the legal and particle approach to handle this situation.
As per the general rule of H1 one person can hold multiple H1 at the same time.

Thanks for the reply Murali, The company A will definetly bnot like my shifting and doing a job with company B. But I not know if there is a legal obligation not to get payroll for more than one companies for same month.

I do not know if what the terms are in H1 papers.
