My parents visa got rejected - how much time should they wait before they can apply

My parents visa got rejected at Chennai consulate. They went for a visa, less than a year after their previous visit. They went back to india last March and their plan is to visit us in summer this time.

How much time should they wait before they can apply for visitor visa again? What precautions should they take?

Tthere is no waiting time or rule to wait , you can apply any time after 3 working days of the last refusal.
