Clarification needed

Hi Murali,

I appeared for the visa interview for the first time on 3rd January and it was rejected. The sponsor was my sister in law and I had mentioned 2 months as my period of stay. This time I am appearing again on 14th february and my daughter is the sponsor. In the invitation letter and also the letter to the consulate she has mentioned the period as 6 months. Would the previous application be referred to, and will this change in duration cause any problem?
Kindly clarify.

I dont think so, they normally doesnt not care of such reasons or refer to old application.
The primary and most important thing is how your case demostrate that you will come back after your stay. Prepare well for interview.
