Hi,
My mom and dad's visitor visa application was rejected thrice. The embassy finally sent a document i think it was a 221(g) citing that "No enough evidence provided that the party will come back to country of origin". This was 2 years ago.
Now I intend to apply for my parents again and also for my in-laws. A brief background about them.
My dad : worked in the Gulf (Dubai) for about a decade, speaks English, now retired.
My mom : worked in the Gulf (Dubai) for about a decade, speaks English, now retired/homemaker.
My dad-in-law : priest in the local temple, doesnt speak English, now retired.
My mom-in-law : homemaker, doesnt speak English.
We have a flat in Mumbai. And thats about it. We do not have any other large asset in India that we can show. Not even a car.
I have a brother in California (who had applied for our parents visa the last 3 times). He is a GC holder.
Any info that u can provide me as to how I should go ahead with my application is highly appreciated.
Thanx in advance
Wilfred
