I was working for company A then transfered my h1 to company B and got my visa stamped with company B.now i'm back with company A
Meanwhile,my wife converted her h4 (with company A valid till may 2006 not stamped in the passport) to H1(valid till july2006 not stamped in passport).The company couldnt find any projects . she wants to travel to India
My concern is :confused: :confused:
For my wife to get back to h4,or to get H4 Stamped,can she stavel back to india and get her H4(company A) stamped or IsIt necessary for me to have my H1 (company A) stamped for her to get her H4
Please advice me on this Issue. I greatly appreciate it
