Visitor Visa Extension

I am planning to extend B2 visitor visa for my Mom. Do i have to resubmit form I-134, and all other supporting documents. Do i have to also submit my visa information. I am on H1B visa. Does anyone has a sample cover letter for visa extension.
I am planning to submit the extension as soon as possible.

You dont need any of your document for this purpose.

As she submits her application. I am providing financial support for her stay. Then don't I have to submit financial documents like bank statement and a letter stating that I will take care of her expenses during her stay.

when I submit the online application how do we submit copies of I-94 and other documents. Do I have to send that via regular mail.

When you e-file your application, you'll get a confirmation letter. You have to place that with your supporting documents and mail them to the USCIS...

I guess it might help if you send your financial support documents..
