I am currently based in India, and I am going to US on H1 visa in end Feb. In th past 4 years, I have been to the US around 10 times on various visas and for varying durations . This is the first time, I want to take my parents with me.
Can someone please help me with a question: How do I fill up and complete the letter of suport Affidavit while I myself am in India? I do have a bank account in US and a SSN, but the only tax returns I ever filed in US was in 2002.
Another small question is: For visa issuance fee, do I make a single draft for both my parents or separate drafts? Their visa interview is together.
Appreciate any help with these.
