Visitors visa for my Parents and Sister with nephew

Hi all,

I am presently working on my H1 and am planning to invite my parents, sister and nephew to US for 3 months. My sister is 31 and my nephew is 8. Both my parents are in their mid 50's.

Should i send seperate set of all the documents listed on this wonderful website for my parents and sister or otherwise. I would appreciate if any of you guys can respond back and provide any details or recommendation for getting visitor visa for my parents as well as my sister and nephew.
