Hello,
My parents were here last year in August 2004. I have plans of bringing them back by March 2005. There visa was originally issued only for 1 year. It might expire by August 2005. How do I go about getting the visa for them. Is there any restrictions to bring them in again.
The visa might still be valid by March 2005 but I want it extended to another 6 months. Will it be a problem for them in Port of entry. Please advise me immediately.

Thanks a lot

couple of things:

1. They can come again before the expiry of the visa, i.e before Aug 2005, his actual stay will be determined by the I94 card which can be 6 months from the date of entry.
2. There is nothing called visitor visa extension, unless the person is already present in USA. If you mean to get a visa with longer validity of the visa stamp itself , you should for a new visa again.

if they want to come again befoe their current visa expriy , they can use the exisiting visa.
Or if you are interested to get a fresh visa applya any time , there is no time restriction on it.
