fractured leg

I am 26 and single. My Visitor Visa (B2) Interview is scheduled for 20th jan, 2005. The first issue with me is i borke my ankle a week ago and right now using a crutch to walk. Would the interviewer reject my visa outright seeing my broken leg (thinking that how can he go as a tourist with a broken leg). The second issue is that the signature on the form DS-156 i submitted is different from that on my passport, would this reject my form. PLEASE ADVICE.

Frecture or any temp disability should not be any issue for visa grant.
Different signature may be an cause for them to ask questions related to why the signature are different but it if they give you chance to explain that should be OK.
