Hi,

I am applying visitor visa for my mother in law. I would like to clarify the following questions.

1. My husband didnt visit India after he came here on March 2001. He has only mom and she stays with two other sons ,daughter and her family (two kids) in chennai. She is receiving his father's pension. Except my husband all her relatives are back in India. Also she has good bank balance and house on her name. Will these be enoguh to show the tie back to India. Is there any chances for her visa to be rejected.

2. I have 15 months old son, shall I put his name in the Affidavit of support. Will it create problem that the visa office may think that my mother in law is coming here to take care of our son. If I cant specify this they will it be problem if I submit last years's tax return which has my son's name.

3. Currenly I am on medical leave from September, is it ok if I give the August month payslip and the employment letter which I got during August. Or shall I wait until I get back to work and get the latest payslip and employment letter.

Any input is highly appreciated.

thanks

1. Sounds good, however depedns on the officer taking interview and overall case. Just having good financial backing doesnt mean any thing.

2. Never provide false or incorrect iformation.

3. If you can wait and provide the lastest doeucments that would be better.
