D-156 Line 19(Spouse's DOB)

My mom is Visa applicant, she donot know my dad's(is not alive) date of birth, she knows a approximate age, for D-156 Line 19 Spouse's DOB should she need to guess or need to do some affidavit please advise.

Try to find out the DOB from y'r fathers family members, if not then I would make up an affidavit stating the true state of affairs, and getting that statement notarized, in such a case honesty is the best policy, Hope this helps.
