I have my visitor visa interview scheduled on 20th jan. 2005. The signature on the ds-156 form submitted by me differs from my passport signature. would my form be rejected. please advice on above.

You should make sure that the signatures match the passport and the DS 156, just fill another DS 156 so that the signatures match as you still have time for the interview. Which city is your interview in??
