Hi,

Qn 28 says "Who will pay for the trip?" I have put my husband's name.

Qn 40 in DS-156 is "Application Prepared by" details. I am planning to prepare & submit this form from US for my parents. Should I put my details here or my husband's details? Please let me know. Thanks!

Instead of the name alone, Put the relation if your husband is sponse say "son Or son in law"
If you are filling in the form in you can put your name..
