Visitor visa for Parents

Hi,

I am planning to invite my parents during May 2005. My current H1 visa is approved till 2007 but not stamped. Now i am planning to change my employer for GC and will be filing for H1 transfer within a month. So i would just have a H1b petition only when my parents go for an interview. Is this sufficient? or should i go for the Premium processing?

OR

Can i ask my husband to sponsor my parents visitor visa? He came to US in H4 but now he is working with valid H1 and has valid H1 documents but it is not stamped?

if you have a approved H1 petition that should be OK Or a receipt notice of H1 transfer/extension.
