Extension of parents visa

Hi
My parents I 94 is expiring on May 15th,when should i apply for their extension.They have 10 years visa.They have open tickets that has a validity of 9 mpnths if extra $100 is paid.


I just wanted to extend them for another 3 more months.What are the valid reasons i can give for their extension,i need their help since i and am my husband(is on 65% travelling job) are on job ,to take care of my 3 and 1/2 yr old daughter.

I need their presence here very badly so can you please tell me when i can apply for their extension,the documents required for extension and the reason i can give for their extension so that INS dont reject it by any case.

Now a days difficult to obtain a extension approval , however youc can certainly try.
You can apply any time, before your visa expries. Some of the genuine reasons could be "health or change in plan for traveling".
