Hi,
What are the pros and cons of going for hourly pay rate.
I'm in H1 and getting an offer with a consultant with the hourly pay rate of 70:30.
The employer is Multivision-Inc, Illinoi.
Any input regrading this will be helpful.
Thanks

Depends on your experience with the particular field of computers.
If you have nice command on what you know, i would suggest
you can demand more, but if you are average, then i think
70:30 is good.

Now a days market is good and many good consultants are offering rates at 80-20 ratio.
Also discuss with your employer who will pay the Employer-Tax.
This tax is approx 8.8% and if not discussed then employers try to deduct it from your pay.
