I have been unable to find information relating to this anywhere online, not even in the Tax Code. I was a green card holder, deported for a criminal conviction (forgery, making false entries in company books amongst other things, INS calls it an 'aggravated felony'), am I still eligible to receive a tax refund for taxes I overpaid in 2003?

Also, is it possible to get my W2 information directly from the IRS? I cannot get it from my ex-employer for various reasons. I don't need the actual form, just the numbers from it so I can file my taxes online. What is the quickest way to do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes you should be.
Talk to IRS, call them and find out how you can get the refund.
