Hi,

My employer filed for my H1B extension in Normal process and got a query. We replied to the RFE and USCIS posted - Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

They also said, You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.

It has been more than 60 days now since uscis received reply for RFE.

What should i do now? Please help.

Is this the common situation with USCIS?

Seniors or any body we had the similar experience please help me.

Thanks in advance.

PLEASE ASK YOUR EMPLOYER TO PLACE A COMPLAINT WITH USCIS.

Note: This is not a legal advice, please consult an attorney

I spoke to my employer. He is a little afraid that if we place a complaint with USCIS, there might a negative impact on the case. Instead he would like to wait for few more weeks and place a complaint.

Is this true. Anybody placed a complaint and got positive reponse/approval?
