Visitor Visa for parents and brother

Hi,
I want to apply visa for my parents and down syndrome brother .

How should I go about this?Is there a chance of Visa getting rejected?

I don't see any problem.
Go ahead and let them apply, it is possible that the consulate may ask for the treatment/ any medical dependency if none that good.
they may also ask if the purpose is any medical treatment, make sure you are ready for such questions and your father should give consistent and correct answer.

It makes a easier that, that your brother is dependent on parents and since father is planning to visit US, hence brother need to go along with him.
