Visitor visa

Hello,
I have currently applied for h1 to h4 transfer. Current status of my application is "Case received and pending" or "H-1B (change of status to H-4 pending)".

I would like to call my parents to US in mid-aug. My husband will sponser visa for my parents.

Will it be safe to take an interview appointement for my parents thou my visa status is pending state. If they ask the details abt my visa status wht shd be mentioned? Or I should wait till I get my h4 visa and then apply for my parents interview?

They can go ahead and attend their interview. As long as your husband's and your status is legal and you have a source of income, they shouldn't face any problems with the sponsorship part of the process.
If asked, your parents should truthfully explain that you were on an H1 and are converting to an H4 with the application in process. Make sure your parents understand the situation and are able to explain it to the VO>
