Question about I-134

Hi,

Last year my parents visited me in US. I am here on a student visa with my wife who is on F2 (dependent VISA).

This year, I am applying for visitor VISA for my in-laws and I have a few queries about I-134.

1) Do I need to declare that I have supported my parents in the past and am supporting my wife now?
2) It is not clear to me if I-134 is actually submitted at any stage. As far as I remember, my parents and my wife both got their I-134 back after the interview. So is that information actually recorded?

1. You don't have to.
2. I134 should be taken during the interview, in many cases they return you back in some cases they don't, there is no official standard guidelines.
