Hi, i am intrested in applying for the US again. I was given a Student visa once, then i returned, then i appled the year after and was denied, that was 10 years agao in 1999, i again applied in may 2009 and was denied not sure why. I have a permanent job for the past 2 years, also i am attending school on a part time basis and i am into my second year. She asked me who i lived with i said my mom that was the last question, she asked. A friend of the family has invited me up for a birthday party later in the year. but i didnt take an invitation letter, but even if i did she didnt ask for any documents. Can you assist me as to the documents i will need to carry, if i have a good chance if i should apply again and how to prepare to answer the questions.
