Hi,
I am doing some research to figure out a neat plan for my parents and they are in US right now...I am kind of confused if I should go for a Comprehensive coverage or the limited one...I heard practically limited plans doesn't cover much and not even provide PPO coverage which is pretty much like going to an OUT OF NETWORK doctors...and at the same time comprehensive plans are pretty expensive and I dont want to buy them considering the next 3 months of my parents stay.

Plz suggest...appreciate your inputs.
Thanks !

Limited Or comprehensive ?

By answering the following question you can get the answer.

I want to pay less and buy a basic coverage plan, But I know and understood that Limited coverage plan may not be adequate in case of any bigger medical/accident condition. In such event I am ready to pay any additional expenses from my pocket.

Go for a Limited Coverage Plan

OR

I do not want to take any risk and would prefer to pay a little more now, but want a coverage that protects me from any bigger expenses.

Go for a Comprehensive Coverage Plan

( You can reduce the premium of insurance plan by choosing a higher deductible, that way you pay comparatively less for comprehensive plan which still has more benefits even after deductible)
