how to sponsor hubby

hi all

hellow sir.,
as i had already rejected twice for visit visa (jan'08 / delhi) april'08 / delhi and once for student visa from chennai july'08., now i am trying my luck for student visa from hyderabad. As i am native of hyd. i hope i'l be through this time.

Now my Question is once i land in u.s.a on student visa, can i sponsor my husband / child? How long should i wait and what are the requiremtns do i need ?
pls. suggest / guide me in this regard.

u will hv to show proof that u can financially support ur spouse n kid.
