Both Kids in US and parents going for Visitor VISA

Hi,

I and my sister are here in US and my parents are going for the first time to get their visitor VISA.

Should we take any precautionalry measure in terms of what kind of questions may be asked and if having both kids in US and seeking visitor VISA might be difficult ?

Please let me know if any one is in the same state and if you were able to get VISA to your parents and if you did anything other than the information given in path 2 USA . I have sent all my papers and my parents have all their property paper ready. I just want to make sure if there is something else to be covered.

This a very common situation and many parents went and got the visa.
Consulate officer look for the over all case and not just the physical presence of all the kids in US. Interview is the key , if your parents are confident and provide all and complete satisfactory trutchful answers , they should get the visa..

They should NOT lie about the locations of their children. Lying can result in a permanent ban from the US. Many people report that their parents have listened to friends and travel agents and tried to hide the fact that several of their children were in the US to very dire results.
