Hi
I want to apply for my parents' tourist visa.
My mother's passport has surname blank and her first and last name is given together under Given name.
But when I fileld Ds156 online for taking appointment, I separated the names and gave the last name from the Given name (her actual surname) as surname and the first name as first name.
But now i am reading in a lot of forums that the last name should be given as FNU (Family Name Unknown) as per the passrpot and both ther names together should be given under Given Name.
I already took the apppointment for July 30tha and I am not able to edit those fields online in Ds 156.
Some one please let me know what to do now !!!
