Time limit to enter USA after Visitor Visa approval

Hi,

My parents got their visa approved last year in April 2008 (10 years...Multiple Entry), but they were not able to travel to USA immediately after their visa approval due to some personal constraints.

They are planning to come in end of July. Someone told me that, if you do not enter USA within 6 months of the approval of your Visitor Visa, it gets cancelled. Is this correct?

Please advice.

No, it is not correct. They may enter any time before the expiration date of the visa.
