Need info reg visitor visa- urgent

Hi,

I took appt for my parents visitor visa this month. I am currently working on H1B and changing to Full time for the client that Iam currently working for. My client started process this week and my parents are going for visa in 3rd week of this month.


My current employer is not going to cancel my H1B for sometime. Will it be a prob if they go to visa while Iam changing company ?
