Hi! good day to everyone. :) Im here seeking for help coz i just need some advice to you guys. Last year I applied for my US tourist visa but i got denied and the consul didnt say anything or any reason why they denied me. Maybe because i am a single mom. Im 30 years old and working as marketing head at a security agency for 3 years. And im also running my parents business which is advertising for almost 10 years but i dont get any salary for them. Lets just call it free bono :) but when my parents get divorce last 2007 my mom decided to transfer her business permit under my name but i didnt use it as a requirements instead i used my office documents, but they didnt asked or look for it. And they denied me.
Now, i was planning to re-apply for tourist visa again to visit my relatives and my boyfriend who leaves in California. I asked some travel agency here in Manila for help but they asked me so much fees and i doubt if they can really help me to get visa. They says i have to use my office documents and my business docs are only additional docs for my requirements. Is that true? What should i do? Should i used my office docs ( ITR, Certificate of Employment etc.) or should i use my business docs? Im confused now and i dont know what to do. All i want is to get visa and to travel. That's it! :)
Thank you so much and more power to you all!
