H4 Revalidation Not in PIMS

Hi,

My wife had here H4 visa interview on 5th June, 2009. She had been approved visa but the pre-screening officer had mentioned "Not in PIMS" on her DS-156.

1. What does this mean?

2. Will it delay return of passport? If yes how long would it take for here to get the passport back?

3. Does it have any connection to my H1 extension not updated in the PIMS?
