i want to apply H1b this year for my wife.....
i heard every one(allmost) getting query ...is it correct?... people who applied plz share ur experience this year.....
I want to know the the employers who are processing H1b s this year....

For consultants as projects are not easily available it is becoming difficult to prove that they have a legitimate job. So, unless you have a project lined up for her, there is no point in applying.
