Did you check this site before posting the message. Any way here is the list:

Copies of:

Latest Pay stubs - 2/3
Current valid I-797
Current valid I-94
Passport - Non-blank pages
Degree/Diploma certificates
SSN
Latest Resume
LCA
Family members Passports + I-94

I was on leave for two months and was on loss of pay. do not have pay stubs.but have stubs upto march 2009. so can i transfer the H1B. please

Pay stubs are essential for H-1B transfer. It is very hard to give guarantee answer to your query that you can file the H-1B with old pay stubs. The reason is
Some times USCIS overlook on the old pay stubs and approve the H-1B transfer.
or
Sometimes it issues RFe for current pay tubs.

So think twice before filing the H-1B transfer. If they issue a RFE for current pay stubs, then you must be ready to provide the documents

Can you document the reason for that leave properly? Medical reason?
