Hi,
I guess I would be in a big trouble in near future, so need some information and clarification from you guys.
I am on F1 visa and graduated last year. My company did my H1-B paper work which was approved few weeks ago. But I was not told (until i got the application receipt) that they applied for a PART TIME H1-B. But I work here full time. I talked with the company lawyer and she said it does not matter.
But i think it does. What would happen when I go for the Visa stamp. I am supper confuse..!!

Can anyone please put some light on that and let me know the disadvantage of my situation and the problem which I could face in future.
I need some solid information before I can go and talk with the HR and Layer again. Please help.

Thank you,
Ruchir.

If you have documentary evidence to prove that it is a part time job, then ask the company to file an amendment application for converting into a full time job. For this they have to create new LCA and file an amendment application.

Also please check the present lca to know whether it is a part time or full time.
