Hi Murali

Following step listed at path2usa web site location
http://www.path2usa.com/immigration/visitorvisa/requirments.htm

"If it is a sponsored trip , all documents sent by your sponsor in USA (all original documents)."

****My 1st question is what does mean that orignal documents required?
Is it only I-134 or also Bank statement, W2, Income Tax retuns and all other sponsored papers should be original?

I think it's only I-134, employment verification letter and Bank verificatin of deposites are only original required.

***2nd Q
https://visa-services.com/interview-offline.html

Do my parents need to carry all the papers I sent and SUBMIT at the time of appointment or only when they go for actual Interview? Specific to item 6 noted below.

At mumbai VFS center to take off line applicant interview appoitment Applicant needs to only provide following documents
1. Passport, valid for minimum 6 months beyond travel.
2. Photocopy of passport pages (passport must be valid for atleast 6 months beyond travel) 2 copies of first and 1 of last page for each applicant.
A copy of pages containing "observations" or "remarks".
3. A fully completed and signed visa application form. Each applicant aged 14 or above must sign her / his own application form. In my case it's DS156
4. One 2 x 2 inch photograph which is not more than 6 months old.
5. Demand Draft for Visa Applications
6. If you are traveling to visit your child legally residing in the US, then additional documents recommended. Child's status copy. In my case Green Card)

I would appericiate if you can answer soon.

Thank you,
Parinda

#1. Original I134, Original employment verification letter , and copy of rest.

#2. for VFS, you only need the documents to be sent in advance( original applications, drafts, copy of applicants passport, Optional-copy of legal status of the sponsor i.e copy of H1 )
Rest of the document are need to be carried at the time of interview.

in case of Bombay consulate, this might be a little different.
My parents-in-law went to Pune VFS to submit DS156 and get interview date. They submitted DS156 and the fees at the VFS. Nothing else was asked for (no I134, copy of my passport, visa, employment verification letter etc). So, they plan to carry all these things with them when they go for interview in Bombay.
